Nativz NLC Summer Roster Revealed

With the upcoming 2023 NLC Division 1 Summer Split kicking off on 6 June, it’s about time we introduce you to our new players!

As the summer split of the Northern League of Legends Championship (NLC) approaches, we are excited to introduce our revamped First Team roster. With a combination of experienced veterans, rising talents and our new Head Coach - we believe we have the right mix to disrupt the championship table.

Here is your Nativz League of Legends First Team roster for the NLC Summer Split:

Coach: John ‘Rnglol’ Crichton

John joins us a seasoned coach within the League of Legends competitive scene, dating back to his first ever role with SUPA HOT CREW in 2014. Since then, John has aided many sides around the world in achieving glory from top EU teams such as H2K, SK Gaming and Riddle Esports all the way to top Brazilian team PaiN Gaming. Leading the build of our Summer Split roster, John is confident that we can go far with this group of talented individuals.

Top: Jordan ‘Shikari’ Pointon

With a wealth of experience behind him, Jordan joins us as our rock in the Top Lane. Known for his flexible playstyle and reputation for never losing top lane, he is definitely someone we can count on to be consistent week on week. His experience across teams such as Fnatic Rising and Misfits Academy means his fundamentals are top tier. Though the current state of top lane may not favour it, we’re confident we’ll see some carry performances from the UK-born powerhouse which will be integral in our summer success.

Jungle: Stefan ‘Stefan’ Nikolić

Hailing from Serbia, Stefan also joins us as a player who isno stranger to top level competitive play, well known in the NLC scene for his stints at Riddle Esports and X7 Esports. Stefan boasts an aggressive jungle playstyle and dominating the map on his favourite picks Lee Sin, Nidalee and Elise. We can’t wait to see the jungle canyons Stefan is ready to create this summer and the part they’ll play in us challenging for an EMEA Masters spot.

Mid Lane: Vladimiros ‘Vladi’ Kourtidis

Now for our rising prospect Vladimiros, the Greek mid laner known for manipulating any lane opponent he faces. Though only age 17, Vladimiros has established himself as one to watch in the NLC with a strong 3 month spell at Riddle Esports under his belt. We can’t wait to see Vladimiros develop over this split towards the potential we know he is capable of.

Bot Lane: Nikolaj ‘Den Voksne’ Asbjorn

Nikolaj, the mechanical genius with game sense – two traits very rare to find in one player. Coming out of Denmark, Nikolaj has been turning heads in the NLC for years with impressive splits under Dusty and Ruddy Esports. Though proficient on every bot lane champion, we can’t hide the fact we’re excited to see how his Zeri pick gets on under the Nativz name. While narrowly missing out on EMEA Masters last split with Ruddy, we’re sure that he’ll be pushing for the big stage with us.

Support: Elton "Twiizt" Richie Garcia Spetsig

Last but definitely not least, say hello to Elton. An accomplished support player with an appetite for success. Hailing from the esports-rich country of Sweden, Elton has carved a niche for himself as a talented and versatile support player. With a meticulous approach to the game and a huge champion ocean, Elton has emerged as a valuable asset to any team he joins. Having started his professional journey in 2019, Elton quickly garnered attention for his exceptional game sense and precise decision-making. We can’t wait to see what spicy 2v2 plays he will coop up with Den Voksne in the bot lane.
