Alejandro Gutierrez Joins Nativz Advisory Board

Alejandro Gutierrez, a proven and successful leader in Defi, has joined the Nativz Advisory Board.

We are pleased to confirm that Alejandro Gutierrez has agreed to join the Nativz Advisory Board, he joins us as a proven and successful leader in Defi having most recently spearheaded the operational set up of Defactor.

A highly respected business leader in his field, Alejandro brings fifteen years’ worth of commercial industry and consulting experience and expertise in all facets of disruptive technologies (Blockchain, AI and IoT), innovation, change management, continuous improvement among several other skills. For the last four years, he has been focused in web3 projects bridging Real World Assets to the Defi space and working alongside companies like Maker DAO and Centrifuge.

Alejandro is currently the Operations Lead for Defactor, a game changing platform built on Blockchain that is bridging the gap between traditional finance and the exciting defi space. Critically, this has involved building a highly engaged community and a tokenisation strategy that has proved successful at such an early stage of their growth.

“I am really excited to join the Nativz team. The gaming industry is growing at a frenetic pace and the opportunity to generate adoption in the web3 space using e-gaming as vehicle is incredible. These two movements (gaming and web3) are sharing the same community driven ethos, the reason why I had no doubts about accepting the invite to participate in this exciting project”, said Alejandro.

“Since we set out to launch Nativz on Web3 technology I knew we needed a leader in this space to lean in and help us build. It wasn’t long after we launched that I met Alejandro, we started talking about the vision for our org”, says Co-Founder Kurt Pittman.

With both Defactor and Nativz operating out of Dogpatch Labs and Alejandro’s active involvement in the Irish Web 3 community, we then started exploring how we might build our Utility Token strategy for Nativz. Ever since then I wanted to bring Alejandro into the team, thankfully that’s happened.”
